About Us
A youth-led movement for women's financial independence.
FinSpire is a non-profit organisation that equips women and girls across 7 Indian states and 7 international chapters with financial literacy, resources and platforms — so that the patriarchal structures that have historically constrained women no longer trap them or their families.
Founder's note
“FinSpire began with the female helpers who worked in my building — women who could not provide independently for their families. Two years later, we’re a movement across seven states and four continents.”

Our journey
From one building to four continents
Founded in Mumbai with volunteers recruited from Oberoi International School.
Workshops launch with Desire Foundation and Angel Xpress.
Chapters open across India as volunteer leads take the curriculum home.
₹2,00,000 of furniture and 100+ literacy guides reach two all-girls schools.
Our founder's book on the psychology of money is distributed free.
Seven international chapters; our AI scheme-finder helps 20+ women.
What we stand for
Our values
We never frame women as beneficiaries. They are learners, sellers and decision-makers.
No paywalls, no fees, no sponsorship strings on what we teach.
Chapters adapt our curriculum to their language, economy and customs.
We publish real numbers — women trained, rupees raised, schemes availed.
Want to join us?
We onboard student volunteers, chapter leads, schools and CSR partners every month.
