Initiatives
FinSpire works at the intersection of education, access and enterprise: teaching fundamentals, distributing resources, uplifting women-led businesses, and closing the gap between welfare schemes and the women eligible for them.
Over 10 hands-on workshops delivered with NGO partners Desire Foundation and Angel Xpress, training 3,500+ women across India and our international chapters. Each session pairs our curriculum with local facilitators.
In partnership with Tata AIG's CSR vertical, 50+ chairs and tables (~₹2,00,000) were delivered to two all-girls schools, alongside 100+ FinSpire literacy guides and copies of Mind Over Money.
Alongside the Women in India Trust, we host exhibitions for women-led SMEs at corporate venues — a cumulative ₹50,000 raised over two days at two firms, with repeat orders for several sellers.
Our chatbot helps women identify and apply for the government schemes they already qualify for, in simple language. 20+ women have successfully availed schemes through the tool so far.
